We are always on the lookout for sales agents in new areas, and we offer a commission on all sales generated. It’s important to us to get the message of Fair Trade out into the community, so anyone who works with us must understand our ethics as well as our cottage industry production methods. If you’d like to become involved in marketing our labels, at any level, please do get in touch.

Production for your label

Do you have a vision of your own ethical label and need a production house to make it a reality? We would love to expand the experience of our workers in India, and to add to their security by producing for other labels besides our own. If you’re interested in starting small, being flexible and watching something magic grow, contact us to talk it over.

Design and employment

Sadly we don’t have the means right now to offer employment to anyone. Our only paid activity is sales, which is done on a commission basis. Everything else is done by volunteers.

Even our design is done on a voluntary basis – see the beautiful designs for Zenana 2011 by Bonna Allen. If you are a designer or design student who is passionate about ethical fashion and keen to have some real production in your portfolio, we’d love to talk to you. You will be appropriately acknowledged.

Volunteering

We have lots of friends who help us out on a voluntary basis – look at our beautiful models for a start! If you have skills or expertise and would like to share them where they would be welcome and very much appreciated, please do contact us. We welcome support and friendship from all quarters.

Our biggest need right now is in marketing and promotion.

Please make all wholesale enquiries directly to Penny and we will forward price lists etc to you by return email or post. Please include details of your retail outlet because we don’t wholesale to the public.

We carry limited stock in Australia and prefer to manufacture to order, allowing 4 months for delivery. Contact us to check what is available to dispatch immediately.

Please note that although we are located in Australia, we can ship directly from our Indian workshop to anywhere in the world. Our wholesale prices include shipping to most places – we can convert to currencies other than AUD on request. However, since import taxes and charges vary from country to country, these are additional to our published wholesale prices.
